Because more Buyers are available on the weekends and Sellers can go out of town on the weekends to avoid the hassle of Buyers parading through their home. More and more we see new properties coming on the market, offers being made quickly and a deadline set calling for all offers by a specific time/day. This "cattle call" for offers in a competitive market can result in 5, 10 even more than 20 offers on some properties in very popular areas and prices ranges!!!
